在 WordPress 中加入 Y!Q 搜尋.

Seagate 在台設立硬碟保固服務集運中心囉!

剛剛在 Taiwan.CNET.com 看到的 ( 文章在這 ) :

這個集運中心設置在桃園縣，並於這個月初就開始運作。集運中心負責初步診斷故障硬碟，並將硬碟免費寄送至Seagate在亞洲的唯一維修站新加坡。所有透過全球經銷商和零售通路供應的Seagate內建式PC、筆記型電腦和企業硬碟機都適用。Seagate表示，集運中心的成立最大的影響是可以節省消費者的運費和時間，除此之外對於不是在台灣或者透過經銷商購買Seagate產品的消費者來說，現在也有個受理的中心了。

看來會設立的原因是因為這樣 :

現在則是從保固的方便性著手。Seagate總經理江敏郎表示，以往Seagate硬碟的消費者，如果產品有保固問題，必須透過Seagate的經銷商聯強和亞銳士來處理，而它們也是將故障的硬碟再轉寄到新加坡，消費者必須自行負擔硬碟的運費。除此之外聯強和亞銳士也不受理非經過它們售出的Seagate 硬碟。

目前台灣的的保固方式, 以亞銳士為例 :

現階段Seagate硬碟的保固為五年，以亞銳士網站的保固內容為例，出貨12個月以下都可以免費更換良品，超過12個月則必須再收取手續費，如果超過三年則請客戶自行送修Seagate，由原廠提供售後服務。

看來透過這個集運中心不僅可以節省時間, 還可以幫消費者省錢囉!

SEO Tools – 幫助你瞭解你的網頁或 Blog

如果根據 SEO Tools 的 title : SEO Tools – Search Engine Optimization, Google Optimization 來翻譯的話, 其實這個網站主要是提供 “讓你能夠調整搜尋引擎與自己的網頁對應關係, 以達到自訂目標” 的工具. ( 好饒舌…orz )

Phishing 與 malware 合作了!!

我之前在 Anti-phishing 裡面談到我對 Anti-phishing 的看法.

剛剛我又在 Taiwan.CNET.com 看到 這篇 .

今(22)日在英國地區發生的一起結合惡意程式進行網路釣魚攻擊案例，一支透過電子郵件傳輸名為Troj/BankAsh-A的病毒，會自我隱藏在受感染的用戶端電腦，並在使用者輸入英國地區數家知名銀行網址時，自動變更連結到駭客偽造的假網站，誘騙使用者在釣魚網頁中輸入帳號密碼等機密資料。

這樣看起來, 光靠郵件主機的防毒軟體來過濾 Phishing mails 是沒啥作用的, 想要減少這種案例的話, 勢必得使用 HTTP URL filter 來過濾.

至於 database 的話, 大概還是得靠防毒軟體廠商的支援, 或是直接請 APWG 來 support .

不知道 m 董他們的 L7 有沒有打算搞這個? :-P

整頓銀行業現金卡亂象?!

現金卡的廣告真的是越來越多, 出現頻率越來越高了, 而且各家銀行也紛紛推出現金卡的服務.

不過, 在 生活e常識 — 辦理現金卡千萬小心！ 這個網頁, 裡面有提到 :

準備要辦現金卡或是已辦現金卡的人要注意了，也許申辦所有的現金卡都要謹慎了。所謂現金卡，其實就等於信用貸款，一旦辦卡，即使從來沒有發生實際的借貸行為，某些辦卡銀行也「預設」了消費者已經向銀行借貸了一筆款項。

還有附上這個小故事 :

前一陣子朋友在購買房屋需要申請房貸之時，房貸信用部門告訴她「小姐，你之前有向某銀行申請貸款的額度，尚未清償喔」，朋友並不知道自己「已經貸款且未償還」了。朋友因此不想再擁有某家銀行的現金卡，原以為自己剪卡丟棄就好，後來無意間才發現完全不是這麼回事。銀行從來沒有盡到詳細告知消費者應該如何完整的辦理各項解約手續之義務。

所以我手上只有信用卡, 也從來不會想辦現金卡.

今天在 聯合新聞網 看到 現金卡廣告 不准強調快速核卡 這則新聞 :

銀行發行現金卡時，強調「快速核卡」、「以卡辦卡」、「以名片辦卡」，金管會昨（21）日說：「統統不准」。不僅如此，7月1日以後，銀行現金卡的廣告，都必須列出最高利率以及所有費用，讓現金卡的高利率無所遁形。

而 PCHome 也有 管控！學生辦現金卡 須打工證明 .

看來政府單位的確想好好的整頓一下了, 不知道以後現金卡廣告會變成什麼樣子. :-P

檢查 ports tree 的軟體更新

我之前在 portupgrade 裡面提到我在用 portupgrade 時有問題.

出問題的機器所安裝的 ports 軟體都有 200 個以上, 所以我在 IRC 上面曾經哭訴過, 當時也有位長輩 ( 我忘記是哪位了…orz ) 說他也有相同的問題, 然後他裝了 7xx 個 ports ( 看來是大長輩, 專作大事業的.. ) .

後來我找到了另外一套可以去檢查是否有更新的軟體, 叫 portmanager :

怪怪的 dmesg…

這幾天有些機器出現這種 dmesg :

arplookup 0.0.0.0 failed: host is not on local network

其中夾帶之前看過的 :

Limiting closed port RST response from 223 to 200 packets/sec

感覺很像有人在狂掃? O_o

剛剛設定 黑洞 了.
再觀察看看…….
